How to Find Zhong Xin at the 140th Canton Fair: A Visitor Navigation Guide

The 140th Canton Fair (China Import and Export Fair) Phase 2 runs from 23 to 27 October 2026. Zhong Xin (stock code 603091) is exhibiting at two booths. Save this page before you go so you can locate both booths in minutes.

01 — How to Get There

First, install the official Canton Fair app. Search for the Canton Fair in your app store, scan the QR code on the official Canton Fair website, or use the official mini program. Only use channels published by the China Foreign Trade Centre.

This session spans 45 halls, 1.55 million square metres and more than 75,000 booths, with booth-level navigation accurate to one metre and AR booth information added for the first time.

Five Steps to the Booth

• Step 1 — Sign in: buyers can sign in with facial recognition (complete pre-registration before the fair; identity is verified on entry).
• Step 2 — Search Zhong Xin: enter "Zhong Xin", "Zhong Xin Environmental" or "Zhongxin", or search booth numbers 5.2A12 and 15.3G23 on the booth map.
• Step 3 — Save to itinerary: add both booths; the app arranges a route based on the exhibitors you follow.
• Step 4 — Follow navigation: one-metre accuracy to the booth door. When crossing areas (Area A to Area C), follow the signage for the sky corridors or the shuttle bus — do not take shortcuts.
• Step 5 — Scan on arrival: use the app's smart guide to scan the booth and pull up the company profile, main products and participation details.

Metro (recommended, most reliable)

• Area A → Hall 5.2: Line 8, Xingangdong Station, Exit A.
• Area C → Hall 15.3: Line 8, Pazhou Station, Exit C, then walk about 300 metres west.

Remember: Xingangdong Station for Area A, Pazhou Station for Area C. The two stations are adjacent and their exits are different — this is the most common mistake every year.

Peak times: 9:00 to 10:00 is the busiest entry period, with the longest queues at Pazhou Exits A and B; 17:00 to 18:00 is the busiest departure window on Line 8.

Moving Between Areas

Sky bridges connect the four areas, and free shuttle buses run inside the complex. Between Area A and Area C, follow the signage for the corridor or shuttle — do not try to find your own shortcut.

By Taxi

Taxis are only permitted at two pick-up and drop-off points: the boarding channel on the central road in Area A, and the pick-up point on the east side of the Area C pavilion. Set your destination to the designated point for your area.

Note: driving yourself is not recommended — parking is scarce, departure is congested, and both are hard to manage.
